The Ministers in the State Governments will be appointed from among the elected M.L.A.’s and the Ministers in the Union Government will be appointed from among the elected or appointed M.P.’s.
So, the requirements for becoming a Minister in any State Government in India and a Minister in the Union Government of India are the same as those for becoming M.L.A’s and M.P.’s.
And consequently, no specific or minimum educational qualifications are stipulated for becoming a Minister in State or Union Government of India.
